The Club’s ‘ADN Mestalla Solidari’ initiative reaches 90 Valencian social organizations

Valencia CF and the VCF Foundation, during LALIGA matches at Mestalla since the 2021–22 season, have recognized and highlighted the work of Valencian associations, institutions and NGOs

The Valencia CF and VCF Foundation initiative “ADN Mestalla Solidari” has now supported 90 Valencian social organizations since its launch in the 2021–22 season, following the conclusion of the 2025–26 campaign.

During LALIGA matches at Mestalla, Valencia CF and the VCF Foundation welcome representatives of a selected organization to the Juan Sol Lounge, where they are invited to attend the match, presented with a personalized jersey, and introduced before kick-off, taking advantage of the presence of the fans in the stadium.

For five seasons, the initiative has supported and raised awareness of the essential work carried out by Valencian associations, organizations, institutions, and NGOs—or those based in Valencia—in areas including social welfare and volunteering, women’s rights and equality, science and medicine, children and youth, immigration and integration, health and senior care, nature and sustainability, and culture.

The 90th organization to be recognized was Asociación Hippocampus, which was welcomed at Mestalla during the final LALIGA match of the season between Valencia CF and FC Barcelona (3–1).

The association’s president, José Luis Alcaide, and project coordinator José Antonio Oliver attended the match and, beforehand, met in the Juan Sol Lounge of the VIP Box with Inma Ibáñez, director of the VCF Foundation, and Miguel Tendillo, ambassador of Valencia CF.
